1. Information we collect

When you create a Streamz account we store your email address and display name. When you use the platform we also store the content you publish (videos, clips, live-stream replays, comments and community posts), your channel profile details, and engagement activity such as subscriptions, likes, hypes and watch history. Watch history powers features like Continue Watching and personalised recommendations.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: running your channel, showing your upload and streaming analytics, powering recommendations, sending transactional notifications (such as subscription confirmations), and keeping the community safe through moderation and anti-abuse systems. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and advertising

Streamz uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your display currency) and analyse traffic. We serve third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at www.aboutads.info. Disabling advertising cookies does not affect access to any part of Streamz.

4. Your choices and data rights

You can review and change your channel and account details in Settings at any time. You may request an export of your data or deletion of your account and content through the Settings page or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your channel, uploads and personal details from the platform.

5. Children's privacy

Streamz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Questions about privacy can be sent through the Contact page.
